JAQ Group portfolio is currently comprised of 5 brands, with total revenues forecasted to sit between £40-60M for 2023. We have ambitious growth targets for existing brands and a number of new launches across some exciting verticals in Q3 and Q4. Therefore, we want to build a team of high-performance eCommerce specialists to drive efficient growth across the portfolio.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to enhance and transform design experiences for our brands. We are looking for a self-starter who can work across a variety of design elements, including but not limited to; Paid Advertising channels, Email Design, and Landing Page Design. You will be one of the early hires within our creative department and as such have the ability to grow into more leadership roles over time. if you consistently prove your ability to conceptualise interesting concepts and drive incremental value - this is the perfect role for you.

Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with our creative strategists, copywriters, CMO and external service providers to generate breakthrough concepts that exceed the requirements of creative briefs.
- Establish and develop design solutions in accordance with brand guidelines, concepts, copy, and technical requirements or specifications
- Utilise best practices to produce compelling assets for Paid Social use that drives Direct Response from potential customers for our clients
- Design and execute visual elements for websitel landing pages, emails and other marketing materials that drive incremental value for our brands.
- Create and maintain design standards and guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in e-commerce
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on e-commerce
- Have a built-out portfolio demonstrating a range of skill sets and creative projects
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe (illustrator, photoshop, premier pro) and other relevant interfaces for design purposes
- Confident working across both digital and print platforms
- Excellent time management & ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Confident working to fast turnarounds of simpler assets
- Confident in presenting work, and creative ideas
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a bias for action
- Adapt & re-purpose existing assets on quick timelines
- Design and create engaging and impactful content
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the mindset that no job is too small
