General
Responsible for leading and managing the Creative Team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. As a Creative Manager, you will work closely with other team members, including project managers, Digital and Development managers, and designers, to ensure that projects are aligned with the client’s brand identity and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the creative team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with project managers and Digital and Development managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Create and implement creative strategies and concepts that align with the client’s brand identity and business objectives
- Ensure that all design work meets the client’s requirements and aligns with their brand identity and business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including attending meetings and presenting creative concepts
- Manage the creative budget, including tracking expenses and making purchasing decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the agency’s creative output is innovative and relevant
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 - 7 years of experience in a design/creative role, working within a creative agency or similar environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of creative professionals
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members and clients
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of branding, design, and advertising principles
- Ability to manage budgets and make purchasing decisions
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, Figma, or XD.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Salary: £32,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
