Job description
We are looking for a talented graphic designer with expertise in Adobe Photoshop and a keen understanding of human psychology to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that not only capture the attention of the viewer but also have a deep psychological impact on them and collaborating idea with the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incorporate human psychology principles into design work to evoke desired emotions and responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, Paid Teams, and developers.
- Coming up with creative concepts that are in line with a client’s demands.
- Developing rough drafts of concepts and presenting these to clients using Adobe Photoshop
- Collaborating with other creatives in a design team to ensure a common vision and consistent branding.
- Keeping a client up to date with regard to project progress and applying client recommendations.
- Ensuring that a design project remains within scope, time and budget.
- Keeping up to date with design and multimedia trends and the latest developments in software tools.
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Liaising with external parties, such as clients to ensure that a project runs smoothly, and a client’s expectations are met.
- Presenting final design concepts, including specifications for fonts, images, colours, text and layout, to clients for their approval.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design software
- Experience with design principles and theories, including color, typography, and composition.
- Knowledge of human psychology and how it can be used to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: £28,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
