Role Requirements

As our Senior Designer, you'll be the creative driving force behind our brand evolution, harnessing AI technologies, generating leads, and crafting compelling customer experiences. You'll take ownership of the entire design process, from concept to execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence and support our marketing initiatives.

What will I be doing?

• Lead the evolution of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

• Drive sales and lead generation through visually engaging marketing materials.

• Support account-based marketing initiatives with innovative design solutions.

• Craft customer touchpoints that create memorable experiences across sales, marketing, and operations.

• Transform data into compelling infographics that convey complex information.

• Generate creative concepts and produce final artwork for quarterly marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with Marketing Hub to research & integrate AI technology and tools into our strategies.

  
  

Qualifications and

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer with a strong background in brand identity development.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and HTML editing.

• Impressive typography, layout, and animation skills.

• Experience in video editing and creating graphic animations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of colour and style.

• Ability to translate strategic and marketing needs into visually captivating brand work.

• Comfortable with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.

• Highly organised and proactive, capable of multitasking and managing various projects.

• Team player with leadership capabilities to drive standards and mentor junior team members.

• Ability to present ideas confidently to senior audiences.
