Job Description: Graphic Designer with Language Skills (Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish)
Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer with language skills in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish, along with a full level of English proficiency, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing and culturally relevant designs to engage diverse audiences. Your creative talents, combined with your language abilities, will enable you to develop graphics that resonate with international markets, particularly in regions where Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish are spoken. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce a wide range of design materials, enhancing brand identity and communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design Creation: Develop visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, banners, posters, and other promotional assets. Adapt designs to cater to different languages, cultures, and target audiences.
Language-Infused Designs: Utilise your language skills in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish to incorporate relevant text, typography, and messaging into designs. Ensure accurate translations and culturally sensitive graphics.
Branding and Identity: Maintain consistency in brand identity across all design elements, adhering to brand guidelines, colours, and styles. Contribute to the development of brand assets and templates.
Digital Design: Create engaging digital content, such as web graphics, email templates, infographics, and social media visuals. Optimise designs for online platforms and responsive layouts.
Print Design: Prepare print-ready files for various marketing materials, ensuring high-quality output and collaborating with print vendors, if necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements, target audiences, and campaign objectives. Collaborate on design concepts and provide creative input.
Market Research: Stay updated on design trends, cultural nuances, and visual preferences in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish-speaking regions. Conduct market research to inform design decisions.
Multilingual Presentations: Create visually engaging presentations in multiple languages, incorporating language-specific text and visual elements.
Image Editing and Retouching: Enhance and retouch images to improve visual appeal and align with brand aesthetics.
Time and Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work within set timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish (all three languages preferred).
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.

Salary: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
