We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Database Manager to support a busy real estate agent in their marketing and database management efforts. This role plays a vital role in creating visually compelling materials and ensuring the smooth functioning of the agent's client and property databases. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, database management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Responsibilities:
1 Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
- Design and update property listings with high-quality images, floor plans, and other relevant information.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the real estate agent to understand their vision and translate it into impactful designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality design work.
2 Database Management:
- Maintain and update the client and property databases, ensuring accurate and current information.
- Manage the organization, storage, and retrieval of client and property data.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
- Generate reports and analytics from the databases to provide valuable insights to the real estate agent.
- Ensure data security and implement measures to protect sensitive information.
3 Marketing Support:
- Assist with creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the agent to develop effective digital and print marketing strategies.
- Optimize property listings on various platforms and websites for maximum visibility.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
4 Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the real estate agent and other team members to understand project requirements and goals.
- Effectively communicate design concepts, ideas, and progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers or photographers, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Provide design and database management support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience managing and maintaining databases, preferably using CRM systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and marketing trends is a plus.
- Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects is required.
