Graphic Designer
Are you a creative minded digital designer with a broad skillset in Graphic Design?
Do you have experience and knowledge of the full adobe creative suite, motion graphics, web design, illustration and packaging?
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team and support the creation of visual assets across our social media platforms, website, paid media and communicative marketing channels.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will have a passion for all things design and dedicated to continuous development of your creative and digital skill sets.
We already create all our own content, in-house and you will be working with the existing content marketing team to support all future content creation, bringing your creative mindset and design skills to flesh out the intricacies of marketing campaigns, tailoring content for website and social media consumption as well as support sales teams and distributors with impactful brochures and training materials.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be influential in the marketing of a growing brand and company whilst continuously building on their graphic design and content creation skills.

The role
- Design visuals that are distinctly on brand, including graphics for online and offline use including websites, social platforms, email as well as sales, training and marketing materials
- Edit product imagery for promotional purposes, including touch ups on model and product shoots.
- Create animations and/or motion graphics for website and social use
- Working with a range of media and keeping up to date with emerging technologies
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high quality work
- Maintain content files and help to organise existing video and graphics files for the team
- Support the team with creating and reviewing copy across design and video work
- Support with the photography and filming of social media content in the office
- Ensure designs are on brief, within brand guidelines and delivered on-time
- Managing projects from initial idea to final completion
- Undertake any other duties to support the Marketing department as needed.
The requirements
- Highly proficient with the full Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to effectively proof your own work (written English, quality of work, detailing, alignment etc.)
- Demonstrate creativity and the ability to introduce and deliver new ideas.
- Working to briefs and the ability to develop our brand guidelines further.
- Manage, plan and monitor the ongoing company and competitor presence on website and social media channels.
- Proficiency in photography, film and equipment handling.
- At least 3 years experience in a graphic design role.
- Fluency in Italian or Spanish would be a bonus.

Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
