An international Product Design Consultancy are looking to hire a Graphic Designer to bolster their user insights team. Based in Cardiff, the company is offering a starting salary of c.£30,000, generous pension, 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and flexible working.
As Graphic Designer will you be responsible for:
- Produce a broad range of graphic design outputs including infographics, illustrations, reports, training, communication and promotional material.
- Work as part of a project team undertaking a variety or activities including user research. Problem analysis, content creation, graphic design, workshop facilitation and prototyping.
- Understand user needs translating user insights into visual solutions such as personas, user journey maps, service concepts, storyboards and blue prints.
- Build effective relationships at a working-level with users, stakeholders and colleagues across multiple projects.
The successful Graphic Designer will have:
- Strong working knowledge of graphic design including translating user insights into visual concepts.
- User focus, understand user experience analysis and its principles.
- Agile working, be able to work in a fast paced evolving environment and use an iterative method and flexible approach and enable rapid delivery.
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and support the facilitation of workshop whether online or face to face.
