At Procurement Leaders, our Events Experience team based in London specialises in bringing exciting industry awards and events to life for some of the most recognisable brands. We are seeking a talented mid-level Graphic Designer to join our team over a 6 to 9 month fixed term contract to help us capture the attention of our audiences through high-quality design. This role involves collaborating with other designers across a global team, as well as other departments within the company, to produce materials for a variety of channels, including digital and print.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Events Experience team to create visually compelling materials for industry awards and congresses.
- Develop creative ideas and visuals for a wide range of disciplines, including social promotions, event signage, print assets, logos and branding.
- Ensure that all design work aligns with appropriate brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Manage 2-3 design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Availability to communicate digitally during regular business hours over email, Slack and Zoom.
- Ability to work on-site at least one day a week.
- A strong portfolio showcasing event materials and social promotions.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional understanding of design fundamentals: composition, typography, color and unity.
Required Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Computer fluency using macOS.
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
