How you will Impact PLATFORM
The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to create various marketing collateral including sales proposals and client-facing documentation. This candidate will utilize creativity and graphic design skills to maintain and improve upon the branding culture of our organization. · Design and format marketing collateral including reports, proposals, and sales presentations, using our brand guidelines
· Maintain and evolve brand culture and ensure brand consistency throughout internal and external communications.
· Provide design insight and guidance to delivering professional documentation consistently across the organization
· Work with team members to strengthen messaging and deliver professional documentation.
· Ensure accuracy and precision of all materials.
· Develop and enhance internal library of marketing collateral (templates, layouts, RFP submissions, sales sheets, presentations)
· Assist and manage creative projects as required (Marketing collateral, swag, business cards)
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
· 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and/or marketing and communications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline
· Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign as well as Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong understanding of layout, typography, and design principles
· Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to positively impact business results
