Job description
Working with the Associate Director of People, Head of Leadership, Head of Inclusion and Head of Well-being Services to create innovative graphic design content for traditional, digital and social media platforms; including blogs, podcasts, e-newsletters, social media content and design for material hosted on the Trust’s public website and intranet.
Using creative design concepts to devise innovative content for use across print and digital media that engages our staff and lets them know the offers of support available to them
Design and contribute to campaigns and strategies to bring content to life and ensure greater engagement across platforms
Work with internal communication team to maximise use of online sites and social media platforms
To design and produce high standard documents in the form of leaflets, wall posters, pull-up banners, notices, signs, logos etc… including shematic diagrams, graphs and charts
To create high quality impactful multi-platform staff campaigns
To support the production of engaging reports and strategies
To ensure that production of documents meets accessibility legislation and NHS Trust Branding (support will be provided for this)
To have extensive knowledge of industry-standard specialist graphics software programs such as Adobe Creative Suite which includes Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
