Graphic DesignerDevelop vision and create designs that communicate complex ideas effectively while elevating the brand.
Be conceptual, strategic, and collaborative to drive and improve design quality.
Employ strong project management skills, heavy research, and understanding on each design project whether working independently or collaboratively.
Provide solid rationale, direction, and guidance on creative projects.
Identify current and appropriate design trends to share with the marketing team.
Contribute to mentoring, growing, and guiding team members.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in graphic design.
2+ years in a creative leadership role.
Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Up-to-date portfolio demonstrating mastery, creativity, and diversity.
Rapid prototyping abilities requiring minimal oversight or instruction.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter, able to think creatively and independently to solve problems.
BFA/BA from an accredited university in Graphic Design.
Eager to learn and committed to personal development.
Knowledge of marketing, all forms of advertising, and digital experiences with proven conceptual and design aptitude.
Desired Qualifications
Experience working in email channels such as Mailchimp or similar.
Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition would be a bonus.
