IT Ops Support Analyst
The purpose of this role is to provide dedicated IT support to the teams that work out of the Integrated Control Centre (ICC) who support the day to day operations of the airline, to providing day to day support for all their IT needs and ensure all issues and requests are resolved within SLA.
The role is a hands-on technical service operation role that provides top service and clear communication, You will be part of a large team, working to provide excellent support around the clock.
What you’ll need to do the role
Provide day to day support for the customers working in the ICC, as well as providing end to end monitoring of all the IT tools and applications used by the teams in the ICC
Ideally you’ll have working knowledge and experience of:
Windows based hardware and operating systems
CISCO monitoring tools and a good understanding of network technologies
Application support experience
Demonstrable experience of working and operating in a similar service desk/customer facing support role utilising your excellent verbal and written communication skills to problem solve and triage tickets.
Previous experience of working a 24*7 shift pattern desirable
Location and hours of work
This will be based in Luton, and will be an average of fourteen shifts per 28 days, the shifts will be 12 hours shifts Day and Nights, typically from 7.30am to 7.30pm and 7.30pm to 7.30am
