As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for producing and overseeing digital and print creative solutions that address both marketing and wider business needs. You will work across the full range of design pieces, from social media posts to videos and animated graphics, from conception through to completion.
- Your role will involve designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics, as well as reviewing junior designers' work to ensure high quality. You will generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services and maintain brand consistency through all marketing projects
- As a Senior Designer, you will liaise with relevant teams to ensure deadlines are met and that work supports the wider marketing/business objectives.
- You will stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, ensuring that the work engages and attracts audiences and aids the marketing funnel.
- You will proactively drive innovation with new ideas and options made available by new technologies and assist by offering strategic and technical advice for anyone working on these projects.
- You will also be willing to share your technical knowledge and mentor less experienced team members.
Skills:
- To be successful in this role you will need previous experience as a Senior Designer or similar role with strong technical experience
- You should have in depth knowledge and passion for graphic design, and keeps up to date with the latest trends
- You must have hands on experience of using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of products, including After Effects and premier pro
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at once
- Accuracy and attention to detail are also important as well as project management skills
- Some knowledge of writing CSS and HTML coding is desirable
