Based: At our Rochdale Head Office
Purpose of The Role
- To build and maintain products on our management system – tracker
- Manage our ever-evolving website
Core Responsibilities
- To build our products on Tracker as requested by our Sales Team
- Convert quotations to customer invoices
- Integrate the products to our website
- Liaise with production suppliers
- Sample creation and gain customer approval
- Ensure optimal use of our website functionality
- Work closely with our Marketing Team to promote the website
- Ensure that Tracker is producing relevant reports for customer related tasks
- Manage our team@ email – the direct link between Sales & Operations

- £20-£22k per annum
