Class 1 ADR Driver Driving a Class 1 fuel Tank vehicle, delivering of Phillips66 to forecourts , following all health and safety regulations, deliveries are on time and all paperwork is filled out correctly.
Class 1 ADR Driver
Wincanton are recruiting for Class 1 Fuel Tanker Drivers to join our team based on our Phillips 66 contract in Stockton.
- £26.03 per hour
- Average 40 hours per week
- Monthly pay
- Overtime and rest days paid at time and a third M-F & paid at time and three quarters weekends
- Opportunities to work bank holidays (option of being paid or day in lieu accrued)
- Rest days worked M-F guaranteed at 11 hours, guaranteed 10 hours weekend
- Other shift premiums paid for callouts, meal allowances, shift change and overnight
Working on a rotational days and nights shift pattern starting between the following times:
- Days (3 to 5 weekly) starting between 0500 and 0600
- Nights (4 to 5 weekly) starting between 1700 and 1800

How will you contribute?
- Daily loading of the vehicle at the designated fuel terminal or company depot following all operational procedures and health & safety guidelines.
- Delivering fuel oil to domestic, agricultural and commercial premises on a fuel tanker.
- Completion of appropriate paperwork to ensure that delivery facilities are completed effectively, in a timely manner and with 100% accuracy.
- To carry out deliveries to both the customer and contractual service level requirements.
- Responsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and others, completion of dynamic risk assessments, adhering to safe working practices and the Health & Safety at Work Act, including accident, incident and damage reporting.
- To ensure contractual KPI’s over delivery of product is undertaken in both a legally compliant and health and safety manner.
- Attending any relevant training as required to ensure you remain fully equipped to perform your role effectively and to assist in the development of continuous improvement.
- Keep the vehicle you use clean, tidy and well cared for, so it is ready to be used the next day.
What will you bring?
- Must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Must hold a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC Card)
- Must hold a Digital Tachograph card
- Must not have more than 6 points on your licence
- Must have Class 2 and 3 ADR in Tanks – Flammable liquids
- Must have minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience
