MCR Pathways’ Marketing and Communications team works to increase engagement with, and knowledge of MCR Pathways’ award-winning mentoring programme across new and existing audiences and stakeholders. The Graphic Designer supports the National Marketing Manager and wider team by creating and developing marketing materials to support our recruitment of volunteer mentors across the country, and will design materials aimed at communicating MCR’s brand values and visual identity.
You will be responsible for creating and developing marketing materials for internal and external audiences, including staff, mentors, businesses, partners, stakeholders and media. This will include a combination of print and digital design e.g. posters, flyers, social media assets, digital banners, presentations and more.
You will also help with other branded materials, such as reports, to help evidence the impact of the programme.
The role demands a solid understanding of designing marketing materials, creative flair and a professional approach to process, deadlines and internal communications. The Graphic Designer is required to produce fast and accurate work, undertaken with a keen eye for detail, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
