CONICA is a leading supplier of playground and sports surfacing solutions.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our busy customer order processing and fulfilment team.
You will have responsibility for all aspects of customer service;
- Order processing and fulfilment
- Transport and logistics booking
- Complaint handling and resolution
- Query handling
- Quotation development
We would like to hear from you if you can offer the following skills and experience:
- Customer order processing
- Import and export procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues across the wider business
- Good IT skills, ideally including ERP/order processing systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Email and Excel) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software
- The ability to work well under pressure and stay calm, whilst still maintaining good attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisation skills
This role is office based and the normal hours will be 37.5 per week (actual start and finish times to be agreed but will be within the window of 08.00 -18.00 Mon-Fri).
This is a salaried position with a starting salary of a minimum of £21,000. Other benefits include:
