Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Marketing team as our internal Graphic Designer. This is a full time, permanent position located in our London HQ, St Mary's Axe. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer is £30,000 per annum.

Let's talk about the role. The Graphic Designer will play a vital role in developing visually impressive and effective designs to elevate the creative impact of Lomond - and our regional brand network of lettings and sales agents. Day-to-day, your work in our internal ‘Studio’ will vary, from leading individual deliverables to providing design support on larger projects. It involves:

  • Delivering design & artwork requirements to provided timescales, taking direction from the brand guidelines whilst generating new and original content that is visually appealing.
  • Creating graphics & test digital images across various media and designs using Adobe Suite, including Illustrator and In Design.
  • Illustrating concepts by designing rough drafts of art arrangement, font size, style & submitting for approval.
  • Having an efficient approach to amends based on client & stakeholder feedback.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, tools & technologies.
  • Identifying the best ways to illustrate & communicate the customer story.

  • Proven graphic design experience, demonstrating ability through a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
  • Practical experience in the use of design software and technologies (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to form strong professional working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and suppliers both internally and externally
  • Property sector knowledge is highly beneficial
  • Degree in Design or a related field is desired
