We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to assist with invoice processing and general ledger maintenance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in high-volume data entry and Excel. This position is a great way to get your foot in the door at our company, and we're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, with a passion for accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Submit all invoices to the appropriate department.
- Conduct a monthly check of outstanding invoices.
- Review, verify, and approve invoices for payment.
- Make sure that all documentation is correct when making payments to vendors.
- Ensure that company policies are kept and followed.
- Conform to governmental regulations when making payments to vendors.
Job Type: Temporary contract
