Are you a Graphic Designer who enjoys taking a concept and working it through every aspect of the creative process? Looking for a company with a clear vision who will encourage your ideas and allow you to run with them?

Working within the wider marketing team, as the only Graphic Designer, it’s your role to create compelling and effective logos, designs, prints and digital media.
Salary – Circa £30,000 + 10% Bonus (Based on company performance)
Location – Northampton - NN3
Role Type – Full Time / Permanent / 9-5 / Monday – Friday

The Role
You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to gain insights and ensure brand consistency, bringing design ideas to life. You should be able to generate unique and authentic works and not use templates as a default.
You’ll also need to be up to date with current trends and technology standards as well as demonstrate natural ability for creating eye-catching layouts.
We are looking for:
Fluent in all Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and InDesign, with a knowledge of print production, digital and web.- Proven knowledge and experience within creation of marketing video, video editing and animations
This role is site based, 5 days a week. Someone who loves being around people and the wider business - this is the one for you.
