The Opportunity

In the role of Junior Graphic Designer you’ll support Euna Solutions with all its marketing, design and corporate branding needs across the organization. This includes the continued development and creation of digital and traditional collateral, ensuring consistency across all assets and identifying areas for optimization. You will work closely with the Marketing team, external department stakeholders and agencies to design projects that support company goals and more specifically marketing initiatives. You’ll also nurture and assist internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency across an organization.

The Challenge

What You’ll Do:

• Conceptualize and execute design solutions for a variety of marketing projects
• Receive, own and prioritize design requests, incorporate feedback and deliver high-quality branded design solutions
• Look for opportunities to continue to evolve the Euna Solutions brand to cut through the noise and connect with our buyers
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently represented across all design internally and externally
• Support the entire organization to ensure the various team's brand needs are met
• Communicate your concepts and collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver design solutions that reflect project goals
• Manage multiple projects adjusting priorities to ensure timelines are met and designs are implemented effectively
• Be creative and an expert storyteller to convey messages through visual design in various mediums (video, print, web, etc.)

The Right Fit

Who You Are:

Skills, Education & Experience:

• 1+ years experience in Graphic Design
• Postgraduate degree or diploma in graphic design or related field
• Proficient in a Mac environment and are well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with designing in Word and Powerpoint.
• Create design solutions for complex problems using design skills, critical thinking skills, and systems thinking
• Strong designer in presentation templates (PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with team members, action feedback to improve designs and iterate to get the best possible outcome
• Ability to create or adhere to brand standards while advocating brand consistency and identity across the organization
• Comfortable managing projects, prioritizing and delivering high-quality work when there are multiple asks under tight deadlines
• Strong relationship building skills and can manage expectations effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Self-starter and comfortable navigating ambiguity with a positive attitude and the ability to work and solve problems independently
• Working knowledge of web design, accessibility and usability best practices

Location & Travel

This role will be remote within Canada with possible travel on occasion to one of our offices in Oakville or Kitchener.
