Role Overview
The Team Assistant will provide broad support and assistance to the People Partnering Team to enable the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the team and the delivery of the People Strategy and Priorities in Centre and beyond.
What you’ll do:
- Track and keep up to date all data with regards to the programmes including inductions and manager orientations
- Diary Management for Head of Centre People Partnering
- Provide proof-reading support for materials intended to be shared with senior stakeholders along with note taking/minutes of meetings at Board and Committee level.
- Manage and maintain the Team’s shared drive and other data sources to ensure compliance
- Administer all related cost management processes, managing purchase orders, setting up new vendors, payment of expenses, invoice management, month end reporting and monitoring spend across the team.
What you’ll bring:
- Structured and organized approach
- Openness to change and positivity in approach to challenges by adjusting work priorities and influencing others
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar
- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholder requests and exceptional personal time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills people management skills
