The Job:
As an admin assistant your main role will be to audit cash and finance deals to ensure that they are correct and compliant, and that our process has been followed. You will check that the VAT on our invoice matches the finance companies invoice. You will communicate with branches and deal with their queries. Other ad hoc admin duties as needed.

The person:
Must have:
- Telephone and IT skills – Excel knowledge is essential
- Strong organisational skills
- Good time management
- Thorough attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure
- Resilient with a team player attitude
Would Preferably have:
- Motor trade experience
