Job description
An innovative and disruptive healthcare solutions company providing high-quality medical services to private patients are currently seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand the project scope and objectives.
2. Design engaging and visually stunning graphics for a variety of media including websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and other platforms.
3. Participate in the entire design process from conceptualisation to final production.
4. Use creativity to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts to deliver high-impact visual solutions.
5. Maintain brand consistency across all visual media.
6. Review and continuously improve designs based on user feedback, research, and analytics data.
7. Work with cross-functional teams and participate in the complete lifecycle of product design.
8. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
2. A minimum of two years of proven graphic designing experience.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other visual design tools.
4. An impressive portfolio of high-quality design work across various media.
5. A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work methodically and meet tight deadlines.
8. Strong creative thinking, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
9. Knowledge of industry trends and the latest design software.
10. Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
