Avaliable Job Today Receptionist required to join our expanding sales team.
This is a key front facing role where customer service is key and a genuine desire to provide a great guest experience is a must.
The right candidate will be full of charm and enthusiasm with a passion to exceed guest expectations.
Communication, organisation and sales are the most important qualities and skills required to succeed in the role.
Predominantly you will deal with enquires for all departments across the resort and direct accordingly.
You will be responsible for taking reservations and follow up actions.
Experience of booking systems, in particular a property management system would be beneficial.
You must be computer literate and have good administrative and office experince.
You will become a fountain of knowledge on the resort and surrounding areas, so you are able to advise accordingly and answer all questions.
This is a full-time position with a 9am - 5pm shift pattern and at least one weekend a month required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour
