You'll be responsible for:
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Create iterations of mock-ups and layouts of marketing documents.
Carry out the entire process of the graphic production and ensure consistency and adherence to the client’s graphic guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, retouchers, proofreaders and copywriters) to produce final designs.
Oversee project progression from beginning to end, i.e., from brief to final delivery for printing.
Create and maintain a trusted relationship with the client.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
College diploma or university degree in graphic design or an equivalent field
At least two years of experience in a similar position
Mastery of the Adobe CS5-6 suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
Excellent knowledge of typography rules
Good knowledge of four-colour and prepress processes
Good organizational skills, rigour and agility
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure while meeting deadlines
Proactive, independent and versatile
Good communication skills and team spirit
Good oral and written skills (must communicate with clients)
Bilingual fluent in English and Mandarin

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM

Markham, ON L3R 8N2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Graphic design: 2 year and above is an asset
