Do you crave a design role where you get to spend time with amazing individuals, create engaging content and make a real difference to people’s lives?
Are you looking to be part of a supportive team where you build meaningful relationships, and use your innovate design skills to benefit others?
If so… we could have the perfect role for you!
At Carebase, our mission is to provide exceptional care with love and kindness to our treasured residents who live in our 14 care homes. Our dedicated team members are at the very heart of this mission and in the marketing and communications team we are passionate about supporting them to be the very best they can be by sharing ideas, information, best practice and celebrating successes.
The Ideal CandidateWho we’re looking for
We need a Graphic Designer who thrives in a busy team, has and eye for detail and proven experience of creating a variety of digital and print marketing materials (video, animated Gifs and campaign content across both online and offline channels such as print items, brochures and posters, and email campaigns etc).
You’ll also need to be great at planning and prioritising, able to work with minimal supervision and be accomplished at seeing projects through from beginning to end using learning from them to continually improve and innovate whilst being a genuine team player, friendly and reliable.
When you’re not working from home, or our bright and airy Wimbledon office sharing ideas and catching up with our team over a coffee (and usually a piece of cake!), you’ll be happy to occasionally spend time with our residents and teams in our care homes.
In return, to compliment your salary you’ll get a whole range of benefits and services which will support your ongoing wellbeing and happiness. This includes 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme, professional training, free independent and confidential information and advice for you and your family through an Employee Assistant Programme, office perks such as free treats, snacks and soft drinks and various team celebration events throughout the year as well as access to hundreds of high street discounts.
So, if you have a flair for creative ideas and the ability to bring them to life, and share our passion of building a supportive and fun culture where we share good practise, celebrate and recognise our team members and help them to be amazing in their roles – get in touch.
