Role – Front of House Supervisor
Salary – £11.90 p/h
Hours - Full Time
An exciting opportunity has arrived for any Front of House member looking to take the next step in their hospitality career. Our Front of House Supervisor will be taking on more responsibility and using their existing knowledge and skills to assist with leading the team. We are looking for a passionate, committed and self-motivated individual ready to take on a new challenge.
Front of House Supervisor Responsibilities
- Working closely and communicate with the Front of House Manager to oversee the operation of reception and courses
- Assisting with weekly stock audits
- Monitor and supervise the reception team ensuring that a unique an exceptional customer experience is provided
- Deliver on-going training to reception and course teams
- To perform all duties/ responsibilities of a receptionist/ host/course marshal as required
- Hold Supervisor meetings

- has worked in a customer facing role and demonstrated excellence in customer service
- has experience in working as a supervisor or team leader and can deliver basic training
- holds superb communication skills
- is organised and punctual
- is self-motivated and willing to learn
