We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Graphic Designer to help reflect the instantprint brand and values on the website. You will be responsible for the look and feel of the instantprint website and you will play a key part in helping small and medium sized businesses to easily order print online. The Graphic Designer is expected to own projects from start to finish and creatively articulate and develop instantprint's evolving brand proposition. We're looking for a skilled and experienced designer who can create stunning digital design pieces for our audience.
The successful candidate will:
- Create designs for (but not limited to) homepage banners, product images, landing page assets, user experiences and more.
- Develop instantprint's creative identity on the website.
- Own projects from start to finish.
- Adapt to design trends, using these to inform creative decisions.
- Design engaging experiences for online users, taking a concept from start to finish.
- Follow, adhere to, and contribute towards the development of the instantprint brand guidelines.
- Generate/contribute towards ideas for quarterly focuses and projects.
- Create and present concepts for internal stakeholders.
- Creates content such as photography/video for the website.
- Sourcing images/creative for images.
The skills required are:
- A Graphic Design related degree or qualification
- General P.C. knowledge including outlook, internet, word and excel
- The ability to create designs following a commercial brief
- An in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- 2+ years experience in a design focused role
- An in-depth understanding of web design best practice
The package
- Basic salary of £25,000 - £26,500
- 09:00 – 1730: with flexible working start times (start between 07:30 – 10:00)
