Job description
We are Attract; a Creative Agency based in Lincoln, UK and we are looking for talented graphic designer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have creative vision and a strong awareness of the commercial applications of graphic design. You must be competent in the use of creative software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and have an understanding of good design practices. Industry experience in the execution of professional graphic design is essential. Proficiencies in UI/UX design, motion video or illustration are highly desirable.
You will be working closely with our in-house team of creative professionals, under our Managing Director, and helping us to continue delighting our clients with a high standard of work. There will be exposure to a huge variety of projects so opportunities for growth will be endless, and we will allocate resources to your training and development over the course of your employment.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Working with our team and clients in the execution of graphic design work.
- Communicating effectively with clients about projects and briefs.
- Meeting growth milestones and consistently improving skills.
- Being a team player and helping to pull the company forward.
You will have the opportunity to work from home, but we are ideally looking to work with someone who can readily meet with us in person.
