Are you an experienced designer looking for a role where you can create content and artwork, whilst working in collaboration with our Engagement and Brand team?
About the role:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be supporting engaging and creative behaviour change campaigns for the benefit of our customers and our environment. It’s an important role within a wider team that aims to promote awareness and increase visibility of all our services, as well as building engagement and loyalty with our customers.
Interviews: We will be looking to schedule interviews week commencing Monday 9th October 2023.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork, and informative ebooks.
- Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
- Transforming wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
- Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
- Working with the IT department to oversee the smooth implementation of new content.
- Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
What we are looking for:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent through relevant training and experience
- Experienced and proven Designer
- Experience of working in a communications environment
- Proven strong creative, presentation and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate and influence across different tiers of organisations, both internally and externally
- Knowledge and understanding of communication practices, tools and techniques including digital communications
- Highly capable influencer with a natural style that helps to drive positive culture and behaviours
- Dynamic, confident, collaborative, and proactive
- Able to work accurately, prioritise work and manage time effectively
