Operations Manager
This role comes with an additional £450 a month car allowance
Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and performance
- Manage and optimize resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
