Interested in design?
Potentially interested in teaching children how to use software to express themselves and explore their creativity?
We are a team of designers, artists, actors and coders that are on a mission to inspire children with innovative ways of using technology to explore creativity.
We run lunchtime and after school clubs for students aged 5 - 12.
We are looking for some additional people that would like to get involved in running lunch time and after school design clubs.
Key Info
- Full training is provided
- All teaching materials and lesson plans are provided.
- We have a community of teachers to share teaching tips and ideas with.
- All individuals that join the team receive training and support.
- Sessions are generally 1 hour and run on a weekly basis during term time and run from either 12:30 - 1:30 or 3:30 - 4:30pm. At some schools we run 2 sessions in succession.
- There are additional paid opportunities to design your own lessons and challenges
- Sessions happen at the different school's premises - Each club leader only teachers at a school/s that are close to them
- Sessions pay £35 - £45 ph plus travel
Job Requirements
- Must be confident working with children
- Must be able to commit to teaching at least 1 weekly hour-long session
- No teaching qualification is required and we can apply for a DBS if you don't have one.
