Main purpose of the role & responsibilities in the business:

As a Graduate Workday Sales & Marketing Consultant (Trainee) at Kainos, your duties will include;
Assisting in business development qualification, pursuits and campaigns – you will assist in business development activities that contribute to achieving team revenue and campaign results.
Assisting in market research – you will assist in gathering information about specific accounts, competitors, and technology trends.
Being an external Kainos ambassador – you will be expected to competently describe Kainos and its offerings at a high level to prospects during networking events. You will assist in formally presenting to prospects and customers in a manner that positions Kainos as a professional and market leading supplier.
Developing Kainos as a business – you will assist to generate new leads and progress assigned leads with a view to these maturing into sales opportunities.
Building Partnerships - you will support our technology partnerships by developing collateral which demonstrates the value Kainos can offer their client base and building relationships with key contacts.
MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:
A degree in business studies, marketing or related field and a curiosity to learn how technology can solve our customers business challenges
Broad technology experience with an awareness and interest of technology trends and their potential impact on business, society, and people
Capable of prioritising tasks while operating in a highly competitive and pressurised environment while meeting deadlines in accordance with business requirements
We all work in teams here in Kainos – a proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
Ability to communicate and build strong and trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders (both internally and externally)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Show resilience and persistence with the ability to learn from mistakes plus guidance and coaching from colleagues
A good team-worker who is results focused with a ‘can do’ attitude
DESIRABLE:
Experience of preparing and presenting content
Previous experience of dealing with customers
Experience of working within a team environment
Keen interest in technology
Assessments are likely to take place in Spring 2023
These roles will commence in Summer/ Autumn 2023
