Woolley Grange offers the opportunity to live and work amongst classic English countryside, whilst still being walking distance to Bradford upon-Avon with its array of shops, restaurants, and bars, and only a short train journey to the stunning city of Bath. It is the perfect base from which to explore the West Country, from its hundreds of Cider Mills to the world-famous Glastonbury Festival. Our guests have plenty of children's activities and acres of grounds to be explored. Bedrooms at Woolley Grange are individually designed and have plenty of space and contemporary comforts.

The Graduates at Luxury Family Hotels is our exciting leadership programme for graduates looking to build thriving careers in hospitality. Your 12-month Graduate programme offers an unparalleled level of variety and exposure. Being attached to one of our hotels for the entirety of your operational training means you will fully immerse yourself in its operational structures, showing you how each department fits together to create a polished package. This will be combined with regular mentorship from one of our senior leadership team, and off the job training under our Institute of Hospitality accredited training scheme. You will have the opportunity to develop, and pitch a business project of your choosing, which may be implemented in our hotels, and to work on a sustainability project, contributing to our commitment to keeping our locations beautiful.


Your year in detail:

  • Eight months of operational training in one location in up to three of the following departments: Reception, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Wellness, Maintenance, Kitchen, and The Den (creche)
  • Two months in one of our central office teams of your choice: Central Reservations & Revenue, Human Resources , Learning & Development, Marketing, I.T and Finance
  • Two months in a supervisory role, where you will hone your managerial skills
  • Ongoing off the job training, including a business project of your choosing
  • A local sustainability project of your choosing


What we’re looking for:

To successfully fill this role we are looking for an individual who has graduated within the last 2 years in any subject and who holds a strong passion for the hospitality industry. Personality is key - we want to get to know you!

  • Phone interviews will take place throughout April and May 2023
  • Successful candidates will then be invited to an Assessment Centre in early June, and will be informed about offers shortly after
