Cliqnet Limited is a professional, global Telecommunications company trading in the SMS and Voice industry since 2015. Our main office is located in London, but we have offices further afield in several countries. The nature of our work means we can work from anywhere in the world, and indeed a lot of our accounts are located globally. This vacancy, we require someone in the UK who can easily meet with us from time to time.
About the vacancy
We require another Billing Assistant to help with the workload from the services we provide within SMS and Voice. You will be responsible for updating the billing information on the platforms we use as well as preparing an accounts payable and accounts receivable list to management as set by our billing terms, maintaining billing records (SOA) for each of the accounts listed. Communicate with accounts to request SOAs, payment or further information as needed for interconnection with Cliqnet. Help with VAT returns, and audits as requested by third parties. Communicate to the rest of the team for any information needed regarding the payment status, credit limits, banking information and so on from each of the accounts connected to us. The ideal candidate for this position will have professional experience in a revenue collection capacity and enjoy attention to detail. Training will be given on our dedicated platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Bill customers for their services.
- Account for payments received.
- Monitor customer accounts and make adjustments as requested on credit limits.
- Communicate with the customer if their account is not in good standing.
- Provide new customers with any billing information as set by our agreements.
- Communicate with the team daily should any accounts be owing / or in need to top up their credit limits.
- Provide management with information on any disputes between accounts. Liaise with sales account managers internally, as well as our technical team.
- Request any financial information from accounts, should management need this for interconnection purposes.

Salary: £22,609.06-£23,720.40 per year
