£18,000 - 22,000 basic salary plus commission.
Monday-Friday 8 am-5.00 pm
Hybrid working with our Head Office in the centre of Birmingham
About The Position
This position is a hybrid role at our Head Office based in the centre of Birmingham. We understand that the key to success starts with excellent training, hence why we invest heavily in our training to get people up to speed.
We are looking for someone to phone prospective clients to arrange appointments for our clients who are amongst the biggest and fast-paced clients globally.

Bonafide Marketing is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and driven individual with demonstrable experience in a fast-paced sales environment, We require someone who has a good telephone manner, is organised and be able to communicate and work within the team. Training will be provided throughout your employment.

Duties include:
- Lead and appointment generation.
- Managing a prospect database and continually updating all prospects
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Prioritising and scheduling calls.
- Achieving call targets set.
Candidates should have at least one of the following:
- B2B lead generation and outbound telephone experience
- Strong communication skills
- Be computer literate (ie Microsoft Tools such as Word & Excel)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and recording information
- Happy to work as part of a team, and be proactive in hitting targets

Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
