This remote position offers flexible hours, and allows you to collaborate with a great close knit team.
Protect Your Boundaries houses the largest online database of Property Land Surveys in the GTA. Whether you are buying, selling or renovating; knowing the boundaries of your property is vital.
Protect Your Boundaries is for homeowners, REALTORS® and land professionals seeking the knowledge, tools and services to prevent and resolve property boundary issues and complete successful real estate transactions.
Job description
The position involves working closely with the Director who will be managing campaigns and calendars which will outline needs and tasks.
- Collaborate to develop compelling designs, illustrations and graphics for use in both print and digital platforms
- Experience with Adobe CS (focus on InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Sharepoint
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas and innovative design solutions to the table.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and actively participating in the development of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional design outputs that exceed expectations.
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills
- Prepare and set up files for production (print and digital) + Manage and organize creative department server filing system
- Research industry trends, competitors, and understand our target audience to maintain a relevant and fresh design approach, considering feedback and data in iterative design processes
- Video creation and editing experience would be a plus
- GTA based. Remote with the occasional in office/ event in person needs (In person attendance needed 1 to 5 times per year)
- Flexible work hours with core hours in place
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
