Job description

If you are a Graduate in Leeds looking for a reputable graduate scheme then look no further.

Executive Search Recruitment is one of the most lucrative yet enjoyable career options available to graduating students. The role does not discriminate, your area of study is irrelevant, we are simply looking for confident and outgoing candidates with a real hunger for success.

Our client provides remarkable training and support. Their dedicated trainer is available 7 days a week in and out of working hours. Your 6-week indication will allow for an enjoyable mix of group training workshops, 121 development sessions and most importantly – on the job experience!

This is NOT a call centre! Unlike most sales-based opportunities this a mature and autonomous environment. We are looking for self-starters with a genuine thirst for financial progression. Management opportunities will be rapidly available for those who can demonstrate commitment.

The role involves:

- Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.

- Sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates on behalf of your client.

- Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client’s requirement.

- Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.

- Negotiating terms of business and contracts on behalf of successful candidates.

The perks:

- Competitive basic salary and uncapped commission.

- Monthly team trips (Race days, Michelin star meal, tennis events etc.)

- Company holidays (Miami, Marbella, Vegas, Italy)

- Clear, FastTrack progression opportunities

- Fun, sociable, young environment

- State of the art City Centre office

Make no mistake, this will be the ultimate challenge, we are looking for grafters who want rapid success and subsequent progression. This will involve longer hours than a ‘9-5’ and you must be resilient! If you struggle with rejection, then this is NOT the role for you.

However, if you thrive in a competitive environment and feed off the energy of others then you will have a blast! Each and everyday will be stimulating, entertaining and rewarding if you are prepared to commit yourself entirely.

Please attach an updated CV to your application. Cover letters are preferred but not a prerequisite.
