Role Purpose:
A key role providing inspirational support to a caseload of final year Coventry University Group students and graduates, to support them into enriching graduate level roles. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will use innovative and creative ways to raise aspirations through targeted information and advice. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supporting a caseload of students through delivery of embedded career education and practical job search techniques.
Effective collaboration with academic and professional services staff to support successful student journeys.
Evaluating and measuring work systematically.
Keeping labour market information (LMI) awareness current as an effective tool for reinforcing your expertise with multiple stakeholders.
Project activities including monitoring progress, milestones and timescales updates

Person Specification:
Degree or equivalent professional qualification/ experience.
Clear understanding of the graduate labour market and the challenges and opportunities presented.
Confident in managing and using data to target and report on interventions.
Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to plan own workload.
Experience of delivering an inclusive service to a diverse range of students
Experience of networking with a wide range of professionals at all levels and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams .
