Job description

The DeepOcean graduate engineering scheme is fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to start an exciting career in the subsea sector working within oil and gas, offshore renewables, deep sea minerals, and other non-energy niches. The two year scheme includes work both on and offshore supported by training sessions with a focus career development and progression. The positions are based in the Prime Four Industrial Estate in Kingswells, Aberdeen.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITES

Complete graduate objectives
Attend training courses
Perform engineering tasks according to the Engineering Procedure and in a safe and accurately manner
Participate in offshore jobs as part of operation team
Assist in planning and execution of marine operations
Complete quarterly reports
Follow up design/fabrication of tools/structures
Assist in vessel mobilisation and offshore operation
Ensure clients receive sufficient documentation and updates on progress, within the given deadlines
Liaise with HSEQS to ensure all project/tender specific HSEQS requirements are met and all necessary documentation is completed.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

Higher Education Degree/Master/Bachelor (or equivalent) in relevant engineering or science subject
Degree must be accredited by Engineering Council
