Location: Hull - Hybrid
Through the success of their loyal customers and a growing portfolio my client is now in an exciting period of growth and are looking for an ambitious Graduate Project Coordinator to join their Translations team. Working with big client names in both the public and private sectors this is a great role for someone who is looking for a new challenge!
No experience within the translation sector is necessary for this role, however, you must have some level of experience in coordinating or managing projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the project lifecycle for translation and multi-language projects.
- Managing all elements of translation services including proofreading, typesetting, transcription, and audio projects.
- Monitor client contracts and liaise with dedicated teams when required.
- Providing quotes for projects involving translation services and managing project budgets through to completion.
- Analysing project documentation to ensure all is completed accurately and to the usual company standard.
- Experience in Project Management/Coordination is necessary.
- Knowledge of how to use CAT tools such as Trados Studios.
- Confidence in talking to both new and established clients face to face, over the phone, or via video calls.
