MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE

Below is a list of the types of duties that are associated with your role, please note that this list is a guide and not a definitive list of duties.

* Serve customers taking account of the principles of good customer service, remaining helpful and courteous at all times. Including dealing with; bookings, customer queries, complaints (initial stage) etc. either in person or via telephone, email, fax.

* Work on all the sites departments as required i.e. bowling reception, lanes, soft play, prize shop, kitchen, bar, Adult Gaming Centre, etc.

* Preparing and cooking food following food safety standards.

* Promote the sites facilities, offers, membership schemes etc. to potential new and existing customers using the following methods; over the phone, handing out pos material.

* Carry out cleaning duties as instructed.

* Ensure that all transactions are dealt with correctly and that any errors are reported to management.

* Ensure the correct handling of both cash and token floats at all times as trained.

* Operate any of the site attractions as required and trained.

* Carry out replenishment tasks i.e. re-stocking bar, soft play and the prize shop etc.

* Receiving deliveries.

* Provide onward training to other employees.

RESPONSIBILITES

* Carry out all duties as trained.

* Follow all policies and procedures as trained.

* Ensure all paperwork that you are responsible for is correctly completed.

* Adhere to all Health and Safety legislation at all times.

* Adhere to all Food and Hygiene legislation at all times.

* To report any incidents to management straight away.

* Ensure all back office areas are secure at all times.

* You must be clean and tidy at all times in your appearance.

* Develop a good working relationship between your colleagues and managers.

Opening hours 10am -11pm every day. All full time and part time employees must be fully flexible to work between the Hours of 9:30am and 11:30pm. Part time employees must be a available to work both Saturday and Sunday as a minimum. All applicants must be over 18.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-30 per week

Salary: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
