Young’s pubs and hotels are at the heart of our local communities in London and the South of England. Our Graduate programme:

This is an exciting opportunity for two talented and passionate graduates to join Young’s as we launch our first ever Graduate programme. This is a two year programme based at Copper House, Wandsworth – which is Young’s headquarters, a stone’s throw from our original brewery. During the two years, you will spend time rotating between all of our departments, including:

  • People
  • Marketing
  • Company Secretarial & Sustainability
  • Finance & IT
  • Operations & Food
  • Property

You’ll complete a variety of tasks across each department, learning as you work and attending some internal training courses. You’ll be assigned a mentor to keep your development on track, as well as having coaching sessions and working on real projects that are happening across the company. On successful completion of our graduate programme, you will be considered for available roles across the business best suited to your experience, strengths and aspirations.


Who we are looking for:

  • A recent graduate with studies in a relevant field
  • Experience working in a bar, pub or restaurant real passion for hospitality
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career within hospitality
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness to throw yourself into anything the programme brings
