Your New Role:
We have an exciting, brand-new opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Operations Excellence team. This is an integral role for the business to aid and support our ambitious growth & expansions plans by bringing this essential resource inhouse, thereby providing maintenance and repairs of our Doughnut manufacturing equipment.
This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday (with some flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities:
· Build and deliver an effective planned maintenance strategy across the UK & IRE manufacturing estate.
· Conduct planned and reactive maintenance of doughnut manufacturing equipment & aluminum trollies
· Diagnosis and repair of Mechanical/Electrical/faults
· Identify areas of underperformance and implement equipment improvements including effective planning and prioritisation of workload to that deliver cost savings to the business whilst ensuring minimal impact to operations
· Work with site Managers to ensure maintenance work is planned effectively to minimise impact on operation
· Work alongside the Warehouse Inventory Controller to ensure the required level of spare parts are kept on site and assist in the management of inventory and the transport of parts.
Skills and experience:
· Previous experience in a similar role as a Maintenance Engineer with some Electrical knowledge is essential.
· Be competent in all aspects of welding i.e. TIG, MME & MIG with emphasis on TIG welding of aluminum
· Possess mechanical and electrical knowledge & have aptitude in repairing equipment both electrically and mechanically
· Hold industrial qualification i.e., C&G or equivalent in electrical and / or mechanical disciplines
· Must be able to attend site at short notice to arrange dispatch of urgently required parts required by the manufacturing sites
· To be able to work to tight timescales
