Today, after 40 years in business, we are one of London and Dublin’s most innovative and dynamic property developers, having completed more than 7,000 homes in the UK and Ireland in the past five years. Our residential portfolio pipeline give us the capacity to add a further 15,000 homes to meet future demand, and we’re adding to our commercial, retail and leisure portfolio, with around 4.5 million sq ft of commercial space in our planning pipeline.

About the role
As a graduate on the programme, you will have an opportunity to gain extensive exposure to the wider business with an opportunity to learn by working in real roles during the two-year programme.
Whilst a graduate at Ballymore you will have a dedicated mentor as well as structured training to meet your professional development needs, entering a professional qualification pathway to MRICS or AssocRICS.

We'd love to hear from you if you:
- You’ll be graduating in 2023 or you may have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant RICS accredited subject
- You'll be looking to start work in September 2023
- Want to inspire us, speaking up about any new ideas you have
- You’ll want to throw yourself in from day one and put your studies into practice
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues
- Have an ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
- Are passionate with the curiosity and creativity to solve problems
