About the Role

As a Product Manager Graduate Trainee, your journey will equip you with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to become a fully-fledged Product Manager. You will also be working within one of the biggest employers in the North East; our employees and the community were we operate are at the heart of what we do.

You will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our member needs, the market and competitors and more importantly, the role the Society can play. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships across the team, your key stakeholder groups and the senior team. From here you will be able to push the bar higher for how you work, bring others on a journey and deliver new initiatives and improvements to existing products and policies.

About You

- We’re looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful individual, who is passionate about working with others and considering different perspectives whilst being comfortable with decision making and problem solving.

- You should have a minimum of a 2:1 honors degree in any field.

- An ability to communicate effectively with others via a range of methods is essential. You will need to be organised and great at planning ahead as well as being able to prioritise and manage your time.

- Be able to demonstrate basic understanding and usage of a personal computing device with basic IT administration skills.
