We have an exciting new programme for newly/recently qualified, talented graduates with management ambitions, to join Kubota (U.K.) Limited as a Graduate Management Trainee. The programme is a fantastic opportunity to start your management career at a truly international market leader.

This two year rotational programme, is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the various functions and departments within our business, including Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Aftersales, Assembly, Logistics and Purchasing, HR, Finance and IT. After completing the Trainee programme, you will then progress to Kubota's European Management Development Programme (Leadership Essentials).
This is a brand new programme so you will have the chance to shape the programme as it evolves with the flexibility to tailor it to suit the individual.
There are two functional streams on offer:
- A Sales & Marketing programme which will be based around the Sales & Marketing Divisions of Tractors, Groundcare, Construction, Engines, Parts and Implements.
- An Engineering programme which will be based around the Service, R&D, Parts, Engines, Assembly and Inspection areas.
You will have the chance to work alongside industry experts and be exposed to a range of different roles, giving you a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to run a successful business which is part of a global company.
Joining Kubota as a Graduate Management Trainee, you will:
- Immerse yourself in an intensive training period and gain insight and knowledge from different roles and disciplines within various Business Units/Departments.
- Receive training both in-house and with external training providers
- Complete a number of projects/assignments
- Work closely with an experienced team, with a designated coach to support you through the programme
- Have the opportunity to develop your management skills

- Degree or equivalent graduates, with a Technical and/or Business background of up to 3 years work experience.
