Design Your Career - Graduate Management Development Program
Design Your Career is our new Management Development Program. It offers you as a Hospitality Graduate the opportunity to kickstart your career in Food and Beverage or Rooms Division, and fast track your experience to nurture you into one of our group’s future leaders. On Design your Career you will gain in-depth learning, and hands on experience across a range of operational departments, within different properties and even multiple countries.
We offer two programs, Design your Career, and Design your Career International
Design Your Career
- 12 months
- Within a single region (London, Amsterdam or Washington – right to work dependant)
- Rotating through 4 departments across 2 Lore Group hotels
Design your Career International
- 24 months
- Across 2 countries over the 2 years
- Rotate through 8 departments within 4 Lore Group hotels
Throughout your Management Development Program we will develop your supervisory and management skills through a strategic learning plan and increasing operational responsibility as you progress. As part of the program you will have access to a range of additional development opportunities including;
- Assigned mentor from the Regional Leadership Team
- Quarterly one on one time with the Regional General Manager
- One day shadowing the Regional General Manager or Hotel Manager
- Social events, building your network with other graduates within the group
- A unique business focused project to work on within the programme
- A planned programme of internal training
- Emotional intelligence and personality assessment
- Input into the structure of your program, allowing you to Design your Career
